Refund Policy

2. Service Delivery
All copywriting services provided by vividstoryline are delivered as described in the individual service agreements. Upon completion and delivery of the final copy, the service is considered fulfilled.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service was not delivered within the agreed timeframe without prior communication
- Delivered copy significantly deviates from the agreed brief and specifications
- Technical issues preventing access to delivered materials
- Duplicate payment processing errors
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, contact [email protected] within 14 days of service delivery. Include your order reference, detailed description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. We will respond within 5 business days.
5. Revision Policy
Before a refund is considered, vividstoryline will offer up to two rounds of revisions to address any concerns about the delivered copy. Most issues can be resolved through our revision process.
6. Partial Refunds
For multi-phase projects, partial refunds may be granted for undelivered phases. The refund amount will be calculated proportionally based on the completed and delivered work.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Completed and delivered copy that meets the agreed specifications
- Consultation fees for time already spent
- Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (stock images, specialized tools)
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive email notification once the refund has been initiated.
9. Dispute Resolution
In case of disagreement regarding refund eligibility, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal remedies.

Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services of vividstoryline (ul. Krzywa 1, 34-400 Nowy Targ, Poland), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
vividstoryline provides professional copywriting and brand narrative services including but not limited to: landing page copywriting, brand story development, email sequence writing, SEO copywriting, sales page copywriting, product description writing, social media content creation, direct response copywriting, content strategy, website content creation, editing and proofreading, and content migration services.
3. Service Agreements
Each project begins with a written service agreement outlining the scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. These specific terms supplement these general Terms of Service and take precedence in case of conflict.
4. Payment Terms
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise specified
- 50% upfront payment may be required for projects exceeding 1000EUR
- Late payments incur a 2% monthly interest charge
- All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights in the delivered copy are transferred to the client. vividstoryline retains the right to use anonymized case studies and portfolio examples unless explicitly prohibited in the service agreement.
6. Confidentiality
vividstoryline treats all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, project details, or strategies to third parties without your explicit consent.
7. Revisions and Approvals
Unless otherwise specified, each service includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at 75EUR per hour. Client approval is required before final delivery of all completed work.
8. Project Timelines
Delivery timelines begin upon receipt of all required materials and completed intake forms. Delays in providing necessary information may proportionally extend the delivery timeline.
9. Limitation of Liability
vividstoryline's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.
10. Cancellation
Either party may cancel a project with written notice. Cancellation fees apply based on work completed: 25% if cancelled before work begins, 50% if cancelled during the first half, and 75% if cancelled during the second half of the project timeline.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Nowy Targ, Poland.
12. Changes to Terms
vividstoryline reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
